Sunstone

An internal sunset, worn on the wrist. Sunstone glows from within with a warm copper-orange shimmer that shifts as you move — the optical effect called aventurescence. Warm and radiant, in bold or delicate beads for every day.

The Stone

We hand-select and polish each bead to bring out its shimmer. Sunstone is a feldspar scattered with microscopic platelets of copper or hematite that catch and throw back the light — aventurescence, the phenomenon behind its warm amber-orange glitter. Collectors call the effect an internal sunset; it moves and glows with every turn of the wrist, and no two beads shimmer alike.

In the crystal tradition, sunstone is the stone of warmth, confidence and joy — long associated with the sun and with self-assurance, and carried by those stepping into something new or simply wanting a little more radiance in the day. A genuinely uplifting stone to wear.

Size & Fit

Made on high-elastic cord in two bead sizes: Styles A, B and C in bolder 7mm+ beads (16cm) with the richest aventurescence, and Styles D and E in delicate 6mm+ beads for layering (Style D 15.5cm for slimmer wrists, Style E 16cm). Each is unique in its shimmer pattern. To find your size, wrap a soft tape measure or a strip of paper around the fullest part of your wrist, then add roughly 1–1.5cm for a comfortable fit. Care

Crystal is durable, but not indestructible. Keep sunstone out of prolonged direct sunlight to preserve its warm colour. Remove your bracelet before showering, swimming, or sleeping, and keep it away from perfume, lotion, and direct heat. Wipe clean with a soft, dry cloth, and lay it flat to rest rather than stretching it over a hook — this protects the elastic cord and keeps the beads sitting evenly.

As natural stone, small variations in colour and pattern are part of the piece, not a flaw — what you receive is genuinely one of a kind.
