Shipping policy
We want every AuraLune Crystal piece to reach you safely, and to feel cared-for from the moment your order is placed. Each piece is checked by hand and quietly packed before it leaves our studio in Berkshire.
Preparing your order
Almost every piece we make is one of a kind — hand-selected, strung and finished individually.
- Ready-to-send pieces — please allow 2–4 working days for us to prepare your order.
- Customize Design bracelets — because these are made to your specifications, please allow 5–7 working days.
If anything is likely to take longer, we will write to you rather than leave you wondering.
Where we ship
We currently ship to the United Kingdom and the United States. If you are elsewhere and there is a piece you have your eye on, please write to us — we will do what we can.
Delivery times and costs
United Kingdom
Tracked delivery, 2–5 working days
£5.00, or complimentary on orders over £50
United States
Tracked delivery, 7–14 working days
$18.00, or complimentary on orders over $120
A faster courier option may also be offered at checkout. These times are estimates rather than promises — postal services slow at seasonal peaks, and customs clearance can add a few days. We mention it so that a quiet week doesn't start to feel like a lost parcel.
Following your parcel
Once your order is on its way, we will send a dispatch email with a tracking number, so you can follow its journey to your door.
Customs and import taxes — United States
Orders shipped to the United States may attract import duties and taxes on arrival. These are set by US customs, are not collected by us, and are payable by you before your parcel is released.
We are working on collecting these at checkout instead, so that nothing reaches you unexpectedly. Until then, we would rather tell you plainly than let it come as a surprise.
Our packaging
We use quiet, minimal packaging — recycled and recyclable where we can find it, protective where the stones need it. Every order arrives with a small care card, so you know how to look after your piece from the first day.
If a parcel goes astray
If tracking shows your order as delivered but it hasn't reached you, please check with neighbours and your local delivery office first — parcels are often closer than they seem. If it still hasn't appeared after two working days, write to us at info@auralunecrystal.com and we will look into it alongside you.
