Star Rose Quartz

We hand-select each bead for the clarity of its star. That six-rayed gleam is asterism — light scattering off microscopic rutile needles arranged in near-perfect geometry inside the quartz, so it reflects as a moving star rather than being absorbed. Most rose quartz never shows it; these Madagascar beads do, over a cool, moonlit lavender-pink body.

In the crystal tradition, rose quartz is the stone of the heart — carried for gentle warmth, self-worth and compassion. Stones with a visible star are often kept as a focus for intention, the drifting light a small daily prompt to remember what matters most to you. An easy stone to fall for.

Made to a 16cm inner measurement on high-elastic cord, with 7mm+ beads. Two styles are offered at the same price, differing only in the natural star pattern and character of the beads, so each strand is unique. To see the asterism, tilt the beads under a direct light. To find your size, wrap a soft tape measure or a strip of paper around the fullest part of your wrist, then add roughly 1–1.5cm for a comfortable fit. Crystal is durable, but not indestructible. Rose quartz can pale in prolonged direct sunlight, so keep it out of strong sun. Remove your bracelet before showering, swimming, or sleeping, and keep it away from perfume, lotion, and direct heat. Wipe clean with a soft, dry cloth, and lay it flat to rest rather than stretching it over a hook — this protects the elastic cord and keeps the beads sitting evenly.
