Madagascar Rose

We hand-select each bead for even colour and gentle luminosity. Rose quartz is the pink variety of quartz, and Madagascar material is prized for the cleanest, softest pink of all — clear where Brazilian can run grey or beige, gentle where Mozambique runs deep and jewel-toned. Hand-polished to a soft sheen, it is the version most people picture when they imagine rose quartz.

In the crystal tradition, rose quartz is the stone of the heart — carried for gentle, open-hearted warmth, self-compassion and the quiet work of receiving care as easily as you give it. Madagascar's particular softness makes it an easy everyday companion: it doesn't demand attention, it simply sits, steadily warm, on the wrist.

Made to a 15.5–16cm inner measurement on high-elastic cord, in two bead sizes at the same price: 7.5mm+ for a slightly more substantial yet refined presence, and 7mm+ for a more delicate scale that sits closer and layers easily. Each strand is a little different in its natural colour. To find your size, wrap a soft tape measure or a strip of paper around the fullest part of your wrist, then add roughly 1–1.5cm for a comfortable fit. Crystal is durable, but not indestructible. Rose quartz can pale in prolonged direct sunlight, so keep it out of strong sun. Remove your bracelet before showering, swimming, or sleeping, and keep it away from perfume, lotion, and direct heat. Wipe clean with a soft, dry cloth, and lay it flat to rest rather than stretching it over a hook — this protects the elastic cord and keeps the beads sitting evenly.
