Venus Hair Quartz

We hand-select each bead for needle density and the clarity of the quartz around it. Golden rutilated quartz is clear quartz threaded with fine needles of golden rutile — a titanium mineral — that catch and scatter the light. The Romans called these strands Venus hair; no two beads hold quite the same pattern.

In the crystal tradition, golden rutilated quartz is associated with focus, intention and a warm sense of momentum — the golden needles often linked to the Solar Plexus and the drive to move an idea forward. Many keep it close as a quiet prompt toward what they are working toward. Genuinely lovely to look at up close.

Made on high-elastic cord in two lengths — 15.5cm (Styles A and C) and 16cm (Styles B and D) — with delicate 6mm+ beads that layer easily. All four are the same price and differ only in the natural needle pattern of the beads, so each strand is unique. To find your size, wrap a soft tape measure or a strip of paper around the fullest part of your wrist, then add roughly 1–1.5cm for a comfortable fit. Crystal is durable, but not indestructible. Remove your bracelet before showering, swimming, or sleeping, and keep it away from perfume, lotion, and direct heat, which can dull the surface over time. To clean, wipe gently with a soft, dry cloth. When resting it, lay it flat rather than stretching it over a hook — this protects the elastic cord and keeps the beads sitting evenly.
