Animal Communication — Terms of Service

These terms apply to the Animal Communication written report service offered by AuraLune Crystal ("I", "me"). By booking, you agree to the terms below. Please read them in full before you purchase — if anything here doesn't suit you, I'd gently ask you not to book.

1. The service

This is an intuitive animal communication service, delivered as a written PDF report only. It does not include phone calls, video sessions, or any follow-up consultation. Each session covers one companion and up to three separate questions, for a fee of £55.

Animal communication is an intuitive practice. It is not scientifically verified, and is offered for personal reflection and understanding only. It is not veterinary, medical, behavioral, or legal advice.

2. How a session proceeds

After booking, you will receive a form asking for your companion's name, age, sex, one clear photograph showing both eyes (without heavy filters or stickers), and your three questions.

On receiving your details, I begin with a preliminary attunement and send you one or two intuitive impressions about your companion's habits or quirks, for you to confirm:

• If you confirm the impressions are accurate, I continue with your questions and deliver the full written report.
• If the impressions do not align, it indicates our energy is not synchronized at this time. I will contact you and issue a full refund. Energy alignment cannot be forced.

3. Timeline

The written report is delivered by email within 14–21 working days after the verification step is confirmed. I work to an unhurried, intuitive schedule and do not accept rush orders. Reply times may be adjusted according to my current physical, mental, and energetic wellbeing.

4. Questions

Please ask three separate, focused questions. A question containing several sub-questions under one number will be counted as multiple questions. Please avoid comparative or trivia questions (for example, "who do you love more") — animals do not hold these concepts, and such questions will be disregarded.

5. Eligibility

• Age: Companions must be at least six months old. Younger animals are still developing, and their impressions tend to come through fragmented.
• Authorization: Only the primary care may book. I will never initiate a connection with an animal without the explicit consent of the person who actually looks after them. Bookings from third parties or unauthorized individuals are not accepted.
• The animal's autonomy: Animals are independent. If your companion declines to connect, I will respect this and either reschedule or issue a full refund.

6. What this service is not for

• Lost or missing animals: I do not offer tracking or location services. This requires real-time tracking and a different area of expertise. Please seek a practitioner who specializes in it.
• Behavior modification: This service is for understanding, not correction. A reading may help you understand the reasons behind an action; it will not reprogrammed a behavior. For behavioral concerns, please consult a positive-reinforcement trainer or animal behaviorist.

7. Companions who have passed

For companions who have passed, communication can only take place at least three months after their passing, allowing their energy to settle. I offer one session only for those who have passed. I believe these souls have their own journeys to walk, and repeated connection can create unnecessary attachment.

8. On accuracy and expression

Every animal has a different capacity for expression. The report faithfully reflects your companion's willingness and ability to express themselves on the day, without embellishment. Animals may occasionally give exaggerated or inaccurate impressions — out of playfulness, or to avoid a telling-off. The report reflects your companion's subjective perspective and should not be treated as a factual or lie-detector account.

9. Health, illness, and medical disclaimer

If your companion is unwell, please seek veterinary care immediately — an animal communication session is not a substitute. Communication cannot diagnose, treat, or heal illness, and cannot replace professional medical care.

An animal can only express current subjective physical sensations (such as localized swelling, heat, sharp pain, numbness, or dizziness). They cannot provide medical terminology, diagnoses, or clinical data. If a reading suggests something is wrong, treat it as a prompt to see a vet, never as a diagnosis.

If your companion is deeply sedated, in a coma, or actively transitioning, their consciousness may be turned inward or already detaching, and I may not be able to tune in or receive clear messages. Should this occur, I will contact you and issue a full refund.

10. Cancellation and refunds

Cancellation by you: Because work begins as soon as your details are received, you will be asked at checkout to agree that the service starts immediately — which means the standard 14-day cancellation right no longer applies once work has begun. Before I begin, you may write to me and I will cancel and refund without question.

Refunds by me: Where I cancel a session — because the connection has not settled, because your companion declines, or because I am not well enough to do the work properly — a full (100%) refund of the service fee will be issued.

Please note that any cross-border transaction fees, credit card processing fees, or currency exchange variances imposed by third-party payment providers (such as Stripe or PayPal) are outside my control.

11. Right of final decision

To maintain the quality and energetic alignment of each session, I reserve the right of final decision regarding the acceptance of bookings, the termination of sessions, adjustments to reply schedules, and the interpretation of these terms.
